- What do I do when I forgot my password?
- Please use the “Reset your password” or “Use our support system” link on the home page of the patient portal. If using the “Use our support system” link be sure to include your name, username and date of birth.
- I do not remember/know my Patient ID or Username, what do I do?
- You may use the “Use our support system” link to ask for this information. Please be sure to include your full name and DOB.
- Can I sign up my spouse for their portal account?
- No. Each patient must sign up for their own portal account to protect their health information.
- Can I give someone else access to my portal account?
- Yes. You can use the Add Users feature under the "Manage Users" section of the portal to give another individual access to your portal account. You must create a unique username for each new user. No username can be used twice in our system.
- How do I view my labs once in the portal?
- Click on “Lab Results” from the left-hand column and click on the date in blue to view your lab results. Use the “View/Print PDF” link in the top right corner to save or print your results.
- I have a question about lab results or a document after viewing it on the portal. What is the best way to contact my provider?
- If you have questions about your lab results, go to our Common Questions page in the "Lab Results" section. This information will answer many questions related to lab results. If you do not find the answer you are looking for you should use the "Secure Messaging" section to communicate with your provider and staff. You may also contact our office by phone during business hours, Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm. Please DO NOT use the "Support" section for medical questions.
- Do I need a PayPal account to make payments on the portal?
- No. When making a payment on the portal toward your office visit balance or annual membership fee, you can choose to make a payment on the PayPal website as a “Guest” which will not require you to have a PayPal account. The only payment option for PayPal guests is credit card.
- I do not want to pay by credit card over the Internet or phone. How else can I pay?
- You can contact our billing department at 703-379-8879 Ext 1123 or use the “Financial Inquiry” section under “Account Balance” on the portal to send a billing message to our team for other payment methods.
- I want to pay, cancel, or make credit card changes to the information with my annual membership fee.
- You can make payments toward your annual membership fee in the “Account Balance” section of the portal by selecting the “Membership” option. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your payment method on file, please call our billing partner, Special Docs, at 847-432-4502.
